Any rental agreement, booking confirmation, payment arrangement, insurance contract, vehicle delivery, vehicle collection, or related service is entered into directly between the client and the respective vehicle provider.

KBVIPRentals is not a party to any rental agreement.

3. Vehicle Availability

All vehicles displayed on our website are subject to availability.

Availability, pricing, specifications, colours, locations, and vehicle models may change without prior notice.

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee vehicle availability or reservation.

4. Rental Agreements

Once a client chooses to proceed with a booking, the rental provider may require:

  • Security deposits;

  • Insurance documentation;

  • Signed rental agreements;

  • Additional contractual obligations.

The client is solely responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms of the rental provider.

5. Payments

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all payments are processed directly by the respective vehicle provider.

KBVIPRentals does not act as a payment processor, escrow provider, financial institution, or insurer.

Any disputes relating to:

  • Rental charges;

  • Refunds;

  • Additional fees;

  • Damage claims;

  • Insurance claims;

  • Cancellation charges;

must be resolved directly between the client and the rental provider.

6. Insurance and Liability

Insurance coverage is provided exclusively by the vehicle provider and/or its insurers.

KBVIPRentals makes no representations or warranties regarding:

  • Insurance coverage;

  • Policy limits;

  • Exclusions;

  • Excess amounts;

  • Claims procedures.

Clients are responsible for reviewing all insurance documentation provided by the rental provider before accepting a vehicle.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KBVIPRentals shall not be liable for:

  • Vehicle defects;

  • Mechanical failures;

  • Accidents;

  • Injuries;

  • Theft;

  • Property damage;

  • Loss of use;

  • Delays;

  • Cancellation of bookings;

  • Vehicle substitutions;

  • Misrepresentations by providers;

  • Insurance disputes;

  • Financial losses arising from third-party services.

Our maximum aggregate liability shall never exceed any service fee directly paid to KBVIPRentals, if applicable.

All rental providers operate independently from KBVIPRentals.

We do not guarantee:

  • Service quality;

  • Vehicle condition;

  • Provider performance;

  • Regulatory compliance;

  • Business continuity of providers.

Clients acknowledge that they engage with providers at their own discretion and risk.

9. Concierge Services

Any concierge assistance offered by KBVIPRentals is provided solely as an administrative convenience.

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific delivery times;

  • Vehicle availability;

  • Provider performance;

  • Special requests.

All final arrangements remain subject to provider confirmation.

10. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information;

  • Hold a valid driving licence where required;

  • Meet all provider requirements;

  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations;

  • Review all rental agreements before signing.

Clients are solely responsible for their use of any rented vehicle.

11. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless KBVIPRentals, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, legal fees, or expenses arising from:

  • Vehicle rentals;

  • Vehicle operation;

  • Breach of rental agreements;

  • Violations of law;

  • Third-party disputes.
